Ordering From Kidditoona Toys:
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, you will be asked to select your delivery preference or destination country. Postage will automatically be calculated for you by weight. Choose your preferred method of payment and proceed to "checkout”. You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order.

Payment:
We accept payment by Cheques (sent by registered mail) made payable to 'Kidditoona Toys' (please allow seven days for clearance). We also accept PayPal and safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. You can also place your order and make payment by telephone Mon-Fri 10am-3pm.
*Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £'s.
Packaging:
At Kidditoona Toys we believe in helping the environment and where possible will re-use packaging from our suppliers. We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us therefore we ensure that care is taken when packaging your order.
Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)
For UK mainland deliveries, postage is calculated on weight PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. Items shipped within the UK will be despatched using either, the royal mail service of your choice or courier dependant on weight of the total order. Royal mail services 1st, 2nd, recorded delivery and royal mail standard parcels are insured for £30.00. Heavier items will be sent by Courier and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the order. Kidditoona Toys reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Overseas & non-mainland UK:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage is calculated by weight PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling.
Items despatched outside the UK and non UK destinations will be sent using Royal Mail Services Signed For, Airsure or on occasions for light items by Airmail. Heavier items will be despatched using a Courier Service and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the order.
Kidditoona Toys reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Stock Levels:
Kidditoona Toys make every effort to ensure that stock levels are reflected in the on-line shop, however, if a time arises that we are out of stock of an item ordered we will contact you to discuss expected time of stock delivery and alternatives that are available. Where necessary we will refund the cost of items charged in error.
Returns:
We hope you are pleased with your purchase from Kidditoona Toys however, if you would like to make a return we respectfully ask that you do so within 14 (fourteen) days. We will make a replacement or refund (minus original postage costs), provided the goods are returned in perfect re-saleable condition and where possible in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. Goods must be returned with your proof of purchase to Kidditoona Toys Ltd, 9 Barton Grove, Kedington, CB9 7PT. It is advised that items are returned by trackable method as the parcel and contents are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises. The costs of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Courier. Royal mail does not consider an item lost until 15 days have passed.
Kidditoona Toys seek compensation from royal mail which can take a further three weeks and request that parcels are not signed for after 15 days whilst compensation is applied for lost item/s. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, Kidditoona Toys shall have no liability to you unless you notify them in writing of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you offered the goods.
Please note that if your order is returned to us by royal mail or courier as a result of your failure to collect the item or as a result of your failure to rearrange delivery with the courier after a failed attempt, you will be charged a further postage cost for the re-sending of your order.
Cancellation Policy:
If you change your mind after you have placed your order and wish to cancel, you may do so. Please take into consideration that most orders are despatched the same day and no later than 48 hours therefore it is imperative that you contact us immediately.
If you wish to cancel your order once you have received your item(s) you may do so up to seven working days (mon-fri excluding bank holidays) after you have received the goods.
In this event you must not unpack the goods from their original packaging. You must give written notice to Kidditoona Toys by post, hand or email at the address shown below giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery. You will be responsible for returning the goods to Kidditoona Toys at your own cost and risk. You must take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit and they must be returned to us in re-saleable new condition with all original packaging.
You will be refunded or credited within 30 days from our receipt of the returned goods minus the original cost of carriage.
Liability:
Any claims for shortages or damages must be notified to Kidditoona Toys within 48 hours of delivery date. Once this time has elapsed Kidditoona Toys cannot accept any liability. Within this time limit Kidditoona Toys will make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any goods that are damaged or defective, or refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 40 days of the date on which you purchased the goods Kidditoona Toys shall have no liability to you unless you have prior to the 40 days notified them in writing of the problem.
Every attempt has been made to ensure that our product descriptions are correct and factual. However, Kidditoona Toys accepts no liability from any errors or omissions made in these descriptions including the suitability of the product for a specific age group. We always advise customers upon receipt of the product, to confirm the 'suitable for age range' printed on it's packaging.
